Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your card. Here is exactly how refunds work at AI-BusinessCard.com.

Before design work starts

Cancel any time before we begin designing and we refund your setup fee in full, including any express fee.

After design work starts

Once your first proof has been sent, the setup fee is non-refundable because the design work has been completed. We will keep revising within your plan's revision allowance until the card is right.

Express service

If we miss the 24-hour express window for reasons within our control, we refund the express fee automatically.

Hosting

Hosting can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the current billing period. Monthly hosting is not pro-rated; yearly hosting cancelled within 30 days of renewal is refunded on a pro-rated basis.

How to request a refund

Email support@i2websolutions.com with your order number, or call (516) 902-1400. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
